UPDATE
I know it has been a while and I don’t if anyone has missed me but what can I say…oh that is right I’m still here.
Life has been crazy!!!
Work has been great. It is keeping me busy lately which, is why I haven’t posted in a while. My boss has put me charge of a project at work. Me..in charge of a project!! That makes me like a Project Manger in a way but I don’t get the benefits or pay raise but it is good work experience to see what I really want for the future.
Marathon training is still going. Less then a month and a half and I will be running in downtown Chicago for 26.2 miles. Some think that I’m crazy like my parents but it is something I have always wanted to do. I am in still great shape and the way the idea came up five months ago just seem to be the right thing at the right time. It is a lot of work but Dan and I are ready to run. This might be my first and last marathon but lets see.
Jen and I are doing fine. It has been a year today!! Can you believe it? I can’t believe that somebody has but up with me for a year. We are so happy with each other and we want to make it work. We have a lot to learn still about this thing we have and feels that I have an over whelming at times. Ok I will stop.
I’m still trying to figurer out the balance of life and it si getting better but still not there and that is ok cuz it will get there in time. I feel like in the last year especially that I have grown up. That is scary isn’t it. Now that I have been out in the real world more and that I’m dealing with more grown up situations. I still feel a kind at heart but still growing up is sneaking up on me. It is kind of scary if you really think about it.
I don’t know where this journey is going but I don’t lose the people who mean so much to me and or myself. Change is consistent but it how you change is what means the most. I’m still here people and God welling I will still be here.
