SUNSHINE 10K

You all are invited to a Race this weekend on the 14th of October. My friends Dan and I will be running int he Sunshine 10k at the Cardinals Stadium here in Springfield MO. The race begins at 8:15 and it will be a good race. One of my faves during the year. Here is some more info if you want to know more. If you need more let me know. Come and cheer us on.
