Down hill from here....
Well this weekend went way to fast but doesn’t every weekend. I hope all wet well with you.
Dan and I finally got over the hump with our 20 miler. Now it is all down hill till the marathon. Dan’s shines started to hurt so after running 8 miles with him I did the other 12 miles by myself. What was worse we ran later because Dan got back late the nite before. I got done around 1 to 1:30 and I was feeling a little loopy. I think the running is getting to me a little. For a while all I wanted to do is just keep running and running and not stop. I got to a point where it was hard to run but I kept running. Hopefully I will be back to normal after the marathon.
Went to the Zoo with two Jens. My Jen and my friend Jen and it was fun and we got to see some great animals but I have seen better zoos.
Jen and I are going to the Verona corn maze Friday Oct. 6th around 6 pm or so. If anyone who is town wants to join get back to me. It will be fun. We have a few people already. So it will be fun.
