Crazy!!!!!

Things have been crazy but good. I will give more infor mation later.
I'm going to St Louis this weekend for a little R&R and I can't wait.
But first some friends and I are going to see Star Wars III tonite.

Congrats!!!

I just found out that I’m going to 5 weddings this summer and they are all younger then me. It makes me sick but I’m happy for all. I’m going to one of them this weekend. I get to go home and get away from this town for a little while. There has been so much going on here that it is kind of over whelming but I think I ‘m handling it pretty good. It will be good to see old friends this weekend.
I went to a friend’s graduation party this last weekend and it was interesting. Very interesting. Me and Meagan use to date and I meet her parents for the first time and they said we fight like we are bicker like we are married and I guess they didn’t know we dated until it leaked out. They asked what happened what happen and I got “the look” from Megan. I guess they liked me. Why is it that the parents love me but it is the daughters that just want to be friends? It is mind-boggling but everything happens for a reason. Everything will turn out the way it is suppose to.
But congrats to all of my family and friends that graduated this last couple of weeks. You have a great big world to explore. I have been out here for 2 years now I can say that it is great even with all the things I have been through. Don’t be afraid to start at the beginning or to fail! That is when we learn the most about what we are capable of. If anybody needs anything you know where to find me. Again Congrats the future is yours, take it and run for your dreams!!

WHAT A NITE!!!!

LAST NITE!!! WOW!!! I’m glad the gals dragged me out last nite. I was having an ok night I was just tired and kind of bummed about my Explorer (Randy). Randy was acting up last nite. The dashboard light kept dimming and lighting back up. I don’t know what that is about. A friend and I was talking about it today that just might be a loose connection under the dash. Anyway I will get that fixed Tuesday.
Deanna bagged me to come out with them but I was saying it wouldn’t be wise to stay out till early morning if I was going to ride my bike to work but they came and got me and gave me a soda to wake up a little. Well we went back to their place and waited for, what seemed forever, to them to get ready. Brian, Tiffany, Mel, Deanna and Me all decided to go that nite.
We got out of their apt about 10:30 or so. I was going to be the DD but I had no vehicle so I got to drive Deanna’s car. That this is huge. The hood takes up half the car; It was even bigger then my first car. Driving it I was so nervous that I was going to crash into something that I felt I was back in High School learning to drive. Hands at 10 and 2 and drive safely. We got down town and spent 15 mins finding a place to park when opportunity came a knocken. Right in front of the South Ave Pizza a car was pulling out. Prime parking space!!!
We went to Trolly’s where we were suppose to meet Mel’s Matt and go from there and the gals had a drink or two and I got a great looking hat. We ended up living and going to boogies where I saw some old friends and we got up a little bit. One of them was pretty well drunk and see said we should go dance some we danced a little bit. It was fun catching up with them. Mel and Deanna wanted to go to Traffic so I said bye to my other friends and told them where we was going.
We get to traffic and we are chatting when my friends come in that I had just saw at Boogies. My friends said I should go down and dance with my friends. So thought since I’m not going to drink I’m going to get my 10 bucks worth by dancing the nite away. I’m glad I did. We all ended up down there dancing having a great time and some of my friends would say I was having a better time then them cuz I was a dancing freak last nite, I guess you could say. I was fun I had a little trouble but it all turned out ok in the end. We ended getting out of Traffic early so we didn’t have to worry about traffic. Lol, read that again.
Anyway I ended up taking the gals home and taking my friend that was wasted also. I didn’t mind we had a great time dancing together. I wonder if I will see her again?
I got home around 1:30 or 2 am and got up and yes I rode my bike to work and I’m feeling pretty good still. I feel awake but I think when the afternoon comes around I think I might hit a wall but who knows.
To conclude, Thank goodness for good friends and it funny how thinks work out the way they do! Yes I’m still amazed everyday when I look back and feel wow I can’t believe that happened.Till next time I gotta jet…

I feel like I’m at a stand still in life. It isn’t bad but it feels like I’mstand in front
of something that is out of my reach. It is probably because I have a lot of stuff that I’m looking forward to. For example my last day at the Newspaper is next Monday and I just wanted it to get here cuz I am already starting to plan stuff for when I have my nites back.
I’m also hopefully going to find a new place live in the next couple of months. I have prayed and prayed for some sight in where that is going to be and oh yea I have got out to see a couple of places and a couple that have come to me. Nothing hasn’t caught my eye yet and I’m not worried about it yet but I don’t want to wait till last time like I did last time but I don’t want to get a head of my self and get something crappy.
I’m also looking forward to getting back into running and working out. With the second job I haven’t had to time to do either really and I think that gave my leg time to heal so maybe the job was worth it. We will find out soon and then maybe I can get back into racing. Keep your finger crossed and pray.
I know things are going well in other area such as my career is going pretty good. They like my work and I think they are hinting in keeping me around when my contact is up. That would be really cool but I was thinking do I want to do this for the rest of my like. Be a CAD tech and raise a family off what I make. True I will be making more in the future but I feel that there is something else that I was meant to do. I don’t know what yet but what ever it is I’m heading in the right direction. How do I know that? I know that cuz every once in a while I get a feeling that I’m on the right path, I’m heading the down the right path in life. Plus God has blessed me thus far with far more then I ever thought was possible and I don’t think He is done with me yet.

Long but great weekend

What a weekend!!! Weekend was good and I learned some things this weekend.
I’m going to start with Thursday night when I couple of my friends and I went to the Deirks Bentley Concert town down. You guys missed a great concert. Well it started off great I took my friend Kelsey out to dinner and had a great time and talked over some serious stuff that I really don’t want to get into at the point in time. After dinner we headed up town to where the concert was. The doors opened around 7 and the concert began at 8 so we got there around 6:30 or so. We found our friends in line and waited for the doors to open. We got in there and Jen found a great place to see the concert. The concert began on time at 8 and we found out that there was not just two acts anymore but three. Which could be a problem cuz Kelsey was suppose to meet a friend after wards and told her the concert would be over at 10. Yea, we didn’t get out of there till 12. Her friend went home by then and they would have to meet some other time. We got some awesome pics of the people who were there and I’m hoping to get one that I have been waiting for. The concert was great and everyone left happy and then it happened. We had some trouble after wards and I don’t want to get into that either. I think I got to bed at 2 a.m that Friday morning and oh did I mention I had to go to work that next day. Both jobs!!! I got some rest and went to work and yea I was moving pretty slow.
Friday I had to work at the newspaper and that whole week I was waiting for my boss to call me up and ask what the heck is going one. Last Monday I put in my two weeks cuz I just come to the conclusion that there is better stuff I can do with my time then work at a place where I don’t know what time I’m getting off. There are other places to work in this town. With May coming up I have a lot of stuff going on and the weekends are most planned already. Anyways work went ok I didn’t think I got out of there till 10:30 or so and talked to Deanna for a little bit saying I sould come out and party with them at Traffic. It was so wore out form working and other stuff going on that I said no. I had to work the next morning so I went to bed when I got home.
Saturday I got up and went to work at 9 a.m and worked the long shift, which I knew I would, till 5. I called Deanna’s cell phone cuz Anna and Matt were having their engagement party and I want to so go to it. It started at 1 and it was already 5 so I called Deanna so I could surprise them at the park but got her voice mail. So I called Mel and I got her voicemail also so I headed for home. Mel called back and said come on over to her apt. Her friend was visiting so we all talked for a little bit catching up on everyone’s life. The Gates crew walked dirty and smiling. Deanna apologized for not bring her cell with her and said they just got back from the party. I felt bad cuz the one person I should have called was Anna then I could have seen them and had some fun but I didn’t. Oh but it gets better. That comes later. Deanna said you can maybe make it to the party but they were picking up and I thought they might have already left so I just spent another 30 mins or so at Deanna and Mel’s apt and then headed home.
That night my friend Renee and I headed to Fox and the Hound to bug Kelsey and catch up. Well at the concert on Thursday I took my ID out and put it somewhere and now I couldn’t find it. I thought I left in the pants at home. So we went back to my place and nope it wasn’t there. I thought it might have fallen out with I did the laundry that day and I didn’t find it. So I checked my wallet again for the third time. It was under for of my cards in one of the little pockets. I felt stupid!! We headed back to the hound. Kelsey was happy to see us and even more happy to use us as Genie Pigs practicing severing us. She did a good job and she had some miss ups but that comes with being new. Renee and I spent about 2 hours there catching up and playing pool. Yea we both sucked I haven’t played in awhile and neither has see. I lost 2 out of 3 games. Yea, yea laugh it up fuzz ball. Wait till I get good again!!!
I got invited to go to Cowboys that nite by my friend Barb and I laughed. Get this usually Barb hates Cowboys and goes to the Fox and the Hound and it was funny cuz it seemed that we switch places that nite. When I got home it was like 12 and I had to get up early and sing at church. So after playing with Renee’s dog I went home and went to bed.
Got up Sunday and wasn’t moving slow and looking for thing to wake me up. Got to church still wasn’t functioning right but by the time our song came around was alert and sung great. After the song I skipped out of the rest of church and headed home got 2 hrs and sleep and then went right back to church sung again and stayed for the rest of church with my friends.
That day was my friend 21st b-day so we went to the Beer Co. down town and celebrated. Somebody came from behind and tapped me on the back. I turned around to see Anna The thing that made up for missing the party the day b4 was that I got to see Anna. Anna was there with her club and saw me and thought she would say Hi. I’m glad she did. It made the day even better. I didn’t got no sleep that day and went to work around 7 and work until 10 or so and went back home got on-line till 11:30 and went to bed.
